aicorn is pronounced “acorn”. The “ai” is in there for a reason.

aicorn was founded on a simple belief: most businesses don’t need a huge, risky “AI transformation”. They need someone who understands both business processes and systems to fix the flow of information. That means getting good data in, connecting what’s disconnected (however old), taking the busywork out, and putting clear, trustworthy insight in front of the people making decisions.

What we’ve built

We don’t just recommend AI. We run on it. Before advising anyone, we built and now operate our own AI systems, and we use them every day:

• A multi-user AI workspace where people ask questions in plain English and get answers that show their sources
• Ready-made question templates that staff pick from and edit before sending, managed folder by folder, with controls on who can change them
• Per-person permissions, so everyone sees only what they should
• A log of every action, and anything not explicitly allowed is refused by default
• Sensitive data kept on our own hardware, handled by AI models we run ourselves, never sent to a cloud AI service
• Several AI models checking each other’s work before anything important is accepted

It means the checks, logging and private-data options we offer clients aren’t theory. We’ve lived with them, found where they break, and fixed them.
